Horrible. Feels like we're rolling off the side 18 months of sleepless tossing. If you sit on the side to get in, you cannot get in because it is so flat. Like sleeping on a jelly donut. Yes, it has changed my life into a sleepless zombie.

I was dreading choosing a new mattress - so many brands now, coils and foam, how soft to get. After many Google searches, I kept coming back to Tempur Pedic, which so many people and reviews called "the gold standard". After seeing the sale price for the previous generation Luxe Adapt mattress, I decided to go with Tempur Pedic. It was definitely the right choice! I love to get into bed and having the matress conform to me. Looking forward to many years to come of a good nights rest!

We have been sleeping on this mattress almost 4 weeks and both my husband and I are considering a return when eligible. For the high price we expected this to be a lot more comfortable. We went with the medium firmness and all we do all night is toss and turn and wake up stiff. Not so special.

Definitely sleeping better BUT...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that in order to preserve the warranty you are required to buy the Slumbercool mattress protector which says 'keeps MATTRESS cool and dry'. I assume it does but takes away every bit of the cool feel we felt when we tried the bare mattress in the showroom. Like our original Tempur-Pedic, it absorbs so much of your body heat that it's almost like an alarm clock waking you up around seven hours if heat isn't what you need for your best sleep. Be sure you understand the exact features of the model you choose.
I'm not going to give a separate review of the Tempur-Adapt ProLo Queen Pillow made with the same covering as the mattress which has helped my neck issues a lot but is no better than any other allegedly cooling product. Once you put a pillowcase on it, you don't feel the cool at all.
BEWARE if you buy from a furniture store selling these pillows, check the Tempur-Pedic website before you go. If you need more than one, the store didn't offer buy one get one free that the Tempur-Pedic website offered.

The mattress is ok but nothing special, and likely over-priced. In hindsight it is worth shopping around. I had initially selected a medium-firm mattress and realized that this was too firm. Once I had decided to switch this to a softer option, it took several weeks of expediting to actually get the desired (soft) product. The delivery service is excellent and they provide good communication and arrive when advised. (It is worth noting that this service is likely sub-contracted from Tempur-Pedic.) The challenge is with the Tempur-Pedic office who are in no hurry to rectify the situation and charged a higher fee to close-out. At the end of the day: disappointed.

I am totally unhappy with this mattress because it traps heat, and I cannot sleep, even with the AC at 68 degrees. I wish the salesman had known this when he sold me this mattress, or I never would have chosen this model. I tried to exchange it in the 90-day period, but the salesman didn't call me back (he was no longer employed), and now they won't do anything. For an investment this large, I think they should offer me some kind of help.

The product provides a good, solid night's sleep. My husband wakes up rested and less achy. For me personally, I had NO idea that putting regular sheets on this mattress would be like weight lifting an elephant. It's a tremendously heavy mattress that I know we will be unable to rotate as this mattress is a dead weight.
I feel like we've bought a very expensive, heavy, fishing weight that requires headstands and huge muscles to make a simple sheet change.

This is my third Tempurpedic bed, and I bought one for my daughter and another for my cabin. This is the only bed on which I can get a good night of sleep. I suffer from back and neck pain, and have had two spinal surgeries so far. This bed is my answer to prayer.

The warranty process was more time consuming and than in my opinion should be.
Had to make several calls and could not speak to anyone to discuss how to file a claim.
Filed claim but still could not get anyone for questions,
Made additional calls until I received an email with a phone number. This number finally got me to a representative, by that time I was wondering why I bought the mattress and base.
Still a process to get the part to determine that it was this part, thank goodness it was and did not have to prolong claim process.
Only good out of filing warranty claim was the customer service representative was very nice and understanding.

This is definitely firm, at first you might go "I made a mistake, I should have gone medium". But it softens up pretty quickly to the right point. As someone with multiple herniated discs, this is so far the best mattress I've tried. No ache in the morning when I stand up, which was usually the problem with my old mattress. It's comfy, not terribly warm (compared to what people were telling me), and it has just enough give to relieve pressure points that other firm mattresses create.

My experience is that I received my mattress and could immediately tell that the middle was higher than the outside creating a feeling of sleeping on a hill. The website asks that customers give 30 days with the mattress, so I did like a good customer. I called customer service 30 day in and let them know it still felt like it is like sleeping on an incline that goes from the outside edges being low to the center being high. The customer service rep could care less and gave generalized advice. I continued communications and asked for it to be elevated to a manager three times in total and have not gotten a response since my last request. The last response they gave was to file a warranty claim because they will not honor the 90-satisfaction guarantee. I just want a mattress that is level and feels like the ones I have tried out in various stores. Silly me to think ordering direct from the company would benefit me.

If you enjoy lower back pain most days when you awaken, this is the bed for you. Your hips sink lower than your spine. I first tried a medium hybrid and returned it for this.
